Continuity has surely been detrimental to WBs development as an industrial state. Mr. Bhattacharya is trying hard to change - but change comes only through a lot of pain and sufferings. Complacency is the greatest impediment to progress, and that's what pulled WB down. dear shantannudatta,
in karnataka-it is not a question of ideology or change on principles-the biggest set of selfservers in india -the deva gowda clan will do anything for power-and a set of marginal farmers probably have more wealth than the state of karnataka-and with all our lok ayuktas and the it department, why is something not done about the systematic looting of the common man-regards-gisurgeon
